Arriving and Leaving

The driveway can take 5 medium sized cars as an absolute maximum.  The parking is linear in nature, so only the bottom car can get out easily

We ask guests not to arrive early under any circumstances.  Not only does it disturb the changeover, but it means you block the cleaning team in.  You may also get grass clippings all over your car!

Please do not leave late either.  This causes sever timing problems with getting the house ready for the next guests.  Late departure will lead to partial or complete loss of deposit, as we incur extra costs that must be met

If you arrive in Polzeath early, please either park on the beach or Tristram Cliff carpark (in front of the house) until the entry time.  If you wish to leave Polzeath later than 9.30am, please do the same and move your car to one of the carparks, having vacated the house.
