The House
Avalon has recently undergone a major interior refurbishment, and now offers a light and bright modern beach side interior to match the spectacular location and views. Built in the late 1930's, Avalon retains its original charm, yet has been sensitively modernised to meet current standards and expectations. Avalon enjoys a location that means you literally don't have to get in the car all week if you don't want to. Easy access to the beach, the shops, pubs and restaurants, the coast path and of course that spectacular view - yours to enjoy all week.

MASTER BEDROOM
The largest bedroom in the house, complete with King Size double bed with new luxury mattress, seating area and modern sink unit and a stunning sea view.
DOWNSTAIRS TWIN
A lovely ground floor room which can be a twin or a double, with easy access to the shower room and a beautiful sea view.
UPSTAIRS TWIN/DOUBLE
A twin room, adjacent to the bathroom and great sea views!
BUNK ROOM
This room, with full size bunks and new comfy mattresses is suitable for adults and children alike, complete with sea view!
SINGLE ROOM
Well if you're going to sleep 9, you need a single! But this one sacrifices none of the comfort of the others with full size single bed with new luxury mattress, and yes it has a sea view!
KITCHEN DINER
Avalon has an open plan kitchen diner, with views at the rear to the sun trap garden, and to the front, of course is the sea view. The kitchen is well equipped with range cooker, dishwasher and separate drinks fridge, and a window side reading nook!
LIVING ROOM
The living room benefits from comfy furniture, a log burner, smart TV and a bay window giving spectacular sea views, as well as a selection of recently updated books, games and puzzles to keep you occupied on those darker winter evenings
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
The newly refurbished bathroom has a sink with storage, a bath for a luxurious soak after a busy day, or an invigorating power shower after a surf.
DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER ROOM
The newly refurbished shower room has a sink with storage, a large walk in shower for an invigorating power shower after a surf.
OUTSIDE
To help you make the most of the outside, Avalon has a terraced garden incorporating a revolving summer house on the lowest level. There is outdoor furniture for all eventualities, whether it be al fresco eating by the summerhouse, sunbathing in the summer sun, or admiring the sunset from the highest terrace.
OTHER ROOMS
Avalon also has a downstairs loo, a walk in pantry with large fridge/freezer, a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and an upstairs loo.
